 The East Asia Conference on Algebraic Topology is being held annually between China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam. This 3rd conference is a continuation of the first, held in Korea (2007), and the second, held in Singapore (2008).

1. Visa to Vietnam
:
Most visitors still need to apply for a Vietnamese visa in advance to enter the country. Please contact Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your country for more detail. However, several countries are exempted from visa when entering Vietnam within 15 days, see:

2. Hotel: We plan to reserve Army Hotel, which is very close (300m) to the conference hall. Room rate for participants of EACAT3: 50USD (single room), 60USD (double or twin room). You can pay in USD, VND (Vietnam Dong), EUR, JPY, or major credit cards such as visa, master, or American express.
3. Transportation: From Noi Bai (Hanoi International Airport), you can catch taxi (we recommend you to take Noi Bai Taxi or Airport Taxi stop in front of the arrival gate, It is safer not to take any other) or Vietnam Airline Minibuses leave for the airport from the Vietnam Airlines Office at 1 Quang Trung St.
